Deliverable D3.1, Computational Linguistics State-of-the-Art, Argument Reconstruction Requirements Analysis and Specification, is now available. This document describes the Argument Reconstruction tool. It formulates the requirements, reviews the applicability of currently available computational linguistics techniques, discusses the functionality of comparable existing tools and provides a specification of the first version of the tool with a walk-through of an example.
